For patients with PPO dental insurance, DentCare Now submits claims as a courtesy to your insurance carrier. We are PPO out-of-network. Reimbursement from your insurer is paid directly to you, the patient. We are not responsible for the outcome of insurance claims, coverage determinations, or reimbursement amounts.
Enrollment in the Elite Protection Plan requires a 12-month commitment. Your payment information is stored securely by our payment processor and is not stored on DentCare Now servers. Membership records including enrollment date, credits used, and rewards points are maintained in your patient file.
